Just wanted to let you know how much Daniel and I enjoyed the Old World Workshop on Saturday 5 July. Nick was a superb host and his enthusiasm and knowledge of the subject was greatly appreciated.

Shall certainly be recommending this particular workshop and know that Daniel is very keen to pursue one of the lengthier courses you offer!

Hi, just wanted to say that Saturday was great, we learnt a load and had a fantastic time although I should probably learn to spit next time as was a bit drunk by lunchtime! The guy running the course couldn't have been better.

Just wanted to thank you for the excellent One Day Course I enjoyed today. Katherine was an absolute delight and was as extremely knowledgeable as you would expect from a Master of Wine. She was both interesting and informative, answered all questions and gave every participant her attention.

On top of that our lunch was also 'top class'.

I very much look foward to the other courses I will now sign on for.

Just to let you know that my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our workshop wine tasting at the Peasant PH on Saturday. Please pass on our thanks to Clive Barlow who made the day informative, interesting and funny - we came away absolutely certain we will put our friends to shame when tasting the chosen wine! Our family are delighted that their Christmas present has turned out so well.

Lynne & I had a great day on Saturday at the Peasant.

It was a well structured day and Clive Barlow was excellent as an entertaining and educating speaker.

The lunch was delicious - I had the lamb, my wife the venison.

We particularly appreciated the service, attentively topping up the water jug, vital lubrication throughout the day.

I re-read the description of the course when we got home. Your description is completely accurate - and it was fun - we had a good crowd.

Was a splendid day – will certainly recommend it to friends. The food was utterly divine and the tutor was excellent. Thank you also for such great customer service also - the voucher had expired and you kindly offered me the chance to use it later… very much appreciated! The quality of the food was Great – absolutely delicious. V impressed!

A wonderful day, many thanks. May I congratulate the gentleman presenting the course, his encyclopaedic knowledge was complemented by his superb presentation skills and he not only ensured we all went away with a greater understanding of the subject, but that we had a thoroughly enjoyable day.
