Wine and Food Matching Workshop @ Corrigans Mayfair Testimonials
Craig Butcher
I was given a gift voucher to attend the Food and Wine Matching Course at Lindsay House last Saturday and just wanted to extend my thoughts to you, in no particular order.
I thought the course was absolutely fantastic -- one of the best things I've been to, done or seen this year. The wine expert, Dawid, was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and had a terrific sense of fun, demystifying as he agrandised his subject.
Food was varied, interesting and definitely not for vegetarians -- which is a good thing, but perhaps less so for veggies?!
The wines themselves were thoroughly enjoyable, great to learn the history and appreciate the tastings without any snobbery.
A great occasion to meet others with differing backgrounds but similar interests.
I work for two food magazines (Sainsbury's and delicious) and have already recommended your site to colleagues.
So, many thanks for organising the day, I have already raved about it to friends.
All the best with the site,
Craig

Dear London Wine Academy
My friend and I attended the food and wine matching course at the Lindsay House last Saturday (14th March). I have to tell you it was a truly fascinating and utterly entertaining day! Dawid Koegelenberg is a real character and provided a wonderful show for us. He made everyone feel so welcome and comfortable and I certainly feel I know considerably more about wine now than I did before I attended the day. The food was completely delicious - Dawid and Richard Corrigan and his wonderful chef are to be congratulated for creating and producing such a fabulous menu.
I now intend to go on one of your further courses to learn even more about wine.
Thank you for putting on a wonderful day - I am recommending it to all my friends.
Best wishes,
Ali

Wine and Food Matching at Corrigan's Mayfair - It was a present – but one of the best dining experiences I have had – very very good. Dawid was excellent. My job is in training and I don’t think I’ve seen better. I genuinely couldn’t fault anything.
